It was more like snow weekend! Friday started off with Scott heading to the fire station and Fi and I having a ladies day (since school and work were cancelled). We watched movies basically all day long and lounged around in our jammies. It was all fun and games until half way through making dinner, our power went out. I had a slight freak out moment 30 minutes into getting a fire started, but we finally got it going and ate our dinner by candle light. Lucky, it came back on about 3 hours later to allow the heat to keep us toasty all night.
When Scott got home Saturday morning, we all layered up to go sledding.
Fi was not the biggest fan of going down the hills, but she loved to be pulled around the yard in the sled.
OK, now that we have had a good ol' snow, I'm ready for some warmer weather and SPRING!!
