So Fiona was pretty unimpressed with the whole birthday cake thing. After we all sang Happy Birthday (and Mama teared up) she basically wouldn't have anything to do with her cupcake. Thinking maybe she was just slightly overwhelmed, Scott and I decided to do her cake smash later in the day, with just the three of us.
At the rate Fiona is going she will try her first piece of cake at her 5th birthday. She did try a few bites of frosting, then decided the grass and candle were way more interesting! C'est La Vie!
