On September 19th, after almost 24 hours of labor, we welcomed our second beautiful baby girl to the world. It was needless to say a T-I-R-I-N-G day/night, but it sure is amazing how quickly you forget it once that little bundle is in your arms.
We had the named Evelyn Quinn picked out for sometime, however we couldn't decide whether or not she would go by Evie, Evelyn, or Quinn. After the 9 months of talking about the new baby with Fiona, it slowly turned to Baby Evie.
Fiona is an incredible big sister. She is so protective and always has time for a snuggle or a kiss for her little sister. Her new favorite activity is so hold Evie.
Today marks baby Evie's 3 week birthday! We are slowly adjusting to our new normal of being a family of 4. We have hardly slowed down enough to breathe, but I will say she has fit into our family almost like she was meant to be ;-)
