Fiona's 2 Year Old Update

So we are about two months behind in posting this, but here are the stats from Fiona's two year old check up and a little update on our sweet BIG girl!

Age: 24 months
(Now she is 3 months past her 2 YO birthday)

Stats: 28.5 lbs and about 31.5 inches (gained 4.1 lbs and 1.75 inches)

Favorite Foods: Watermelon, Strawberries, blueberries, (are you picking up the theme here?), any type of pasta dish, eggs, Ice Cream (Eye Ceam), Smoothies, Popsicles, Apples (which are really oranges, she just can say apples easier so I think that's why she calls them that) #idowhatiwant

Words: She is basically saying everything right now, or at least attempting to. Scott can decipher words and what she is trying to say so much better than I can.  I think the phrase she says the most, and it just cracks us up, is anytime something is broken, dirty, messed up or any other way than its supposed to be, then she says "oh NO, Ra Ra"  She calls our dog Roxy, Ra Ra.  Once day Roxy threw up and it was all over Fi's books and I said "oh NO, Ra Ra!" well that stuck and that is our phrase for basically anything that has gone wrong.  Poor Rox gets blamed for a lot of stuff in our house.  She also is always telling whomever she is currently playing with to "MOOOOONNN" Like come on, but just mashes the two together.



Favorite Activities: I would say Fiona's favorite thing to do right now it dance. Girlfriend can't stop! She will dance to any type of music, its so adorable! She still loves painting and coloring and any type of arts and craft. She loves playing at the park and going down the slides, and she still loves to play in her cozy coupe car while Scott and I are working in the back yard. She loves watering the plants with us and taking care of her baby doll as well.  

Hates: I have really had a hard time thinking of things she hates.  She gets mad at the dogs a lot for getting in her space or trying to take her food, but other than that, she is one happy lady!  

Signature Moves: Currently, she is digging being naked, every time I turn around she is striping down.    

18 Month Update

Age: 18 months

Stats: 24.4 lbs and about 31.5 inches (gained 2.5 lbs and 2.5 inches)

Favorite Foods: Grapes, Juice, Teddy Grahams, Blueberries, Spaghetti, Bananas, Chicken, Yogurt, M&M (thanks to my dad, BugBug), fruit and veggie Smoothies, fruit snacks and good ol' Government cheese (American cheese).

Words: Open, Up, On, Off, Pah Pah (Paci) All done, Uh-Oh, Bye-Bye, Da Da, Ma Ma, Yeah! Nodding her head and Shaking her head when we ask her questions about what she wants to do. This actually took me by surprise the first time. I asked her if she wanted to go outside and play and she nodded her head yes.... I was like OMG you totally understand what I'm saying!!! 

Favorite Activities: Painting, picking veggies from the garden, going for walks and reading reading reading! If I've read the The Wheels on the Bus or Spooky House once, I've read it 5098378392 times. Seriously cute books, check 'em out, but good gracious I've read them a lot!

Hates: Bedtime...Whoa Nelly! Talk about fighting it! Hates bedtime!  

Signature Moves: Walking around with a hair tie on her arm.  Seriously get so mad if I try to take it off, I have to wait until she falls asleep to get it off her.   

This is definitely my favorite age so far! I love watching her little personality blossom an that smile just melts my heart!

15 month Update

Age: 15 months

Stats: 22 lbs and about 29 inches 

Favorite Foods: Goldfish, Blueberries, Bananas, Chicken, Tots, Yogurt, M&M (thanks to my dad, BugBug), fruit and veggie Smoothies, and good ol' Government cheese (American cheese) 

Words: All done, Uh-Oh, Bye-Bye, Da Da, Ma Ma, Yeah! Ba Ba and our new favorite- Jibberish. I think she thinks she is really talking, because she will point and something and literally say 'dflskjfoe sldfDKf;osef LSd" lol 

Favorite Activities: Going for walks, swinging, the water table or wagon, feeding and holding  her baby, puzzles, helping me clean and cook, and coloring is quickly becoming a favorite. And as you can see by the photo below, the dogs are also one of her fav toys.

Hates: still hates diaper changes and Mama leaving her or putting her down and lets add bedtime to this one as well. 

Signature Moves: Fake belly laughs, and being SO busy.

Happy 15 Months!!!

I'm sneaking this in with only a couple hours to spare, but Happy 15 months baby girl! 

I know every Mom says this, and I feel like a broken record sometimes, but I can't believe 15 months has come and gone already.  Scott and I were just saying the other day, how fun this age is, and how much fun we have with Fiona everyday.  What a complete joy these past 15 months have been.  We love you so much baby girl, you are our sunshine and we wouldn't change a thing about you!

Here are a couple of my favorite pics of Fiona this past month.  Her personality has really blossomed and she continuously keeps us laughing.  I'll share more of an actually 15 month update later in the week!

13 Month Update

I should really call this the 14 month update, because she is almost 14 months old.  

Age: 13 months

Stats: 20 lbs and about 26 inches (she's still a wee thing)

Favorite Foods: Blueberries, Bananas, Chicken, Tots, Yogurt, and she finally decided to try a cupcake and liked it this time! 

Words: Bye-Bye, Da Da, Ma Ma, Yeah! Ba Ba

Favorite Activities: Riding in the wagon, Swinging, sitting in her Cozy Coupe, generally being outside, playing in the dirt, hiding puzzle pieces around the house.  Legit found a puzzle piece in a potted plant the other day.  Helping Mom and Dad in everything they do. And being on the GO! Wrestling with Daddy.

Hates: Diaper changes, Mama leaving her or putting her down. 

Signature Moves: Fake Coughs, turning her head back and forth so I can kiss both cheeks as we walk up the stairs to bed, Blinking her eyes when she cheeses (melts my heart everything!) And my favorite- she whispers when she plays.
